Blogger / Newsletter Long Term

I need a blogger who will blog 5 hours per week and write a newsletter once a month (max 250 words). Topics to blog/write about are related. I dont care if you blog one hour daily or 5 days every week or 2.5 hours for 2 days in one week. Give me a bid for one month. This is a long term assignment for the right candidate.
