I am having a problem with the form we worked on last week.
I just received this comment from Heater Specialist.
1 &acirc;€“ We are not receiving any completed apps. These should be going to glyons@[url removed, login to view] and or employment@[url removed, login to view]
2 - Once an app is sent, it clears the form and stays on that screen. I believe we had it go to a thank you page with the completed form viewable to the user so they could print it for their records.
Can you help me solve this problem?
