DHTML Exit Pop w/ Redirect

I need a Unblockable dhtml exit pop that pops up when the user clicks any browser button that would make them exit the page. But ideally not when refresh is clicked. The pop up should have a two buttons. Button 1 - when clicked the popup closes Button 2 - when clicked the popup closes and the existing page is redirect to another url. It should work with at least the following browsers: IE 4+, NS 6+, Mozilla 1+, Firefox 1+, Opera 6+, I can show you an example of the exit pop and a popup that when closed redirects the page. What I need is more or less a combination of the two. I would expect to see a working example before I pay and I'm ready to buy now.
