Build USA Midwife Contact Directory in a Google Spreadsheet

Hello I am looking to build a comprehensive directory of midwifes and birthing centers in the USA according to the following format. You will be given a list of websites to use their directories, you can also use google to build the list. I recommend using a list of top 100 major USA cities([login to view URL]) as well as the 50 states of the USA ([login to view URL]) to google For example these would be good google queries "midwife+san+francisco" "midwife+missouri" "midwife+new+york" "birthing+center+texas" ... etc. Additionally, you will be given a google doc with about 675 records that look like this: Company name,first name,lastname,address,city,state,zip,job title,fax,phone We want you to add their website and email address onto the existing record as well as any more company contacts that you may find listed in their website. One record provided could become multiple records. Because we don't know how many records this job will produce (estimate a few thousand) --- ***I would like you to place your bid per thousand records generated*** For example if you can produce 1000 records x $0.04 = $40.00 <<--Please place your bid for $40.00 ***Please also state how many records you or your team can produce each day*** The initial award will be for estimated one day's work based upon how many records you can produce in one day The milestone will be created and deposited for what you or your team estimate you can complete one day -- after the first day, you will be paid, and if the work is satisfactory, another milestone deposit will be created for the next day's work. You will be paid daily for this job. Thanks!
