So as you said 1/6 of the 8,000 records may be with Indian surnames I assume there should be around 1250-1500 records :-) And we are required to verify those addresses via USPS for the correct zip codes, correct?? In my previous job I performed a similar task compiling a list of school principals so I have a good idea of how to go about this. I will use VBA Macros in Excel to extract the information from the internet and then use a separate Macros to compare this with the USPS data. I have made my bid a little high in case gathering and comparing the data isn't straight forward. If the process is as I expect then I will reduce my price by at least 20%. I would like to ask how I would determine whether a name is indian or not. For example, will you be providing a list of indian names to check for?
