Copy and replace work very simple - repost

We are looking for a person a couple of very simpel work:
In the first work you should copy all the information of the products from one website and then add those to excel. After that you should replace the words with a translation. For example you copy one products information: fish and then we have a word file which says fish = poisson, then replace the fish with poisson.
In the second work you should copy information from another website and then add the information to one excel file.
After that there is a high possibility that we have some work to do later.
