Hello, This can be done with VBA code and formulae. A dialog box will allow you to enter the criteria or select them from drop-down lists, and the VBA code will do the rest accurately and efficiently. My only question has to do with the format of your data: Saying "we have all the data on paper", do you mean printed pages? And if yes, how many pages there are? Depending on the total number of pages, their importing into Excel sheets could be easy or time-consuming... That's why my bid is for 3 days; I can't give an accurate estimation without an answer to this question. For the coding part of the project I need max 1 day, but I'm not sure for the rest... A few words about me: I'm developing VBA programs for more than 15 years and I'm a trainer for Excel and VBA (all levels) for 12+ years.
