Below is a detailed description of what we do on a regular basis - this project is to automate as much as possible of the steps below so that I end up with a bot that I can run whenever needed, on whatever spreadsheet I want to use. The most important for me is to be able to identify, via a Google Search, whether a given property is listed for sale on an online website or not (or has recently been listed). See the detail below, and then clarify what steps you will automate in your bid. If you're not able to automate all steps, that's OK, clarify in your bid. I'm looking for a bot that we can host in the cloud or in Google Docs, and then run on whatever data file we have that comes in, as long as I format it to meet your programming needs (e.g. relabel column headers so they read "Address", "City", "State", "Zip", for example). Deliverable will be to provide a program that is hosted (we don't have a server, and are cloud-based) either as a file within Google Docs, or within [url removed, login to view], or even locally on my machine, that outputs into an Excel Spreadsheet, or better still, a Google Spreadsheet.

Look at the attached spreadsheet to see what data is being requested - columns G through U
The spreadsheet currently includes 1 property address by way of example. The winner will receive the same spreadsheet w/326 property addresses.
For Column G: go to [url removed, login to view], copy the full address into the search bar. If property reads "For Sale", enter "Yes", else "No"
For H - N - enter data from Zillow popup balloon into appropriate columns
For O & P - click on the property address in the Zillow popup balloon, then scroll down to Price History - if you see under Description "Sold", enter the date into P and the price into O (see attachment "[url removed, login to view]" with comment boxes)
For Q - go to [url removed, login to view] - copy the address into the search bar. Then click on the Comparables tab, at the bottom of the resulting screen you will see a button named "View all comparables". Click it, then click on the Recently sold homes tab below the map. You should see the results as in attachment "[url removed, login to view]"). For Column Q, enter the value in bold at the bottom of the "Sold price" column, for row named "Average"
For R-U, go back to Google browser, copy address from spreadsheet directly into google browser. You are looking for information about whether the property was recently (or is currently) listed or not. For that, look down the list of search results for anything with the letters "MLS" or "MLS#" in the title. (Note: if you see results from [url removed, login to view] - it usually provides the best info for columns R-U - see attachment "[url removed, login to view]" for detail on R-U)
For R - use the Est. Price or List Price from the webpage
For S - (if using [url removed, login to view]) use the Last Listed field
For T - use the Status field
For U - copy the URL of the page you found
