Project that I need done it might be simple for some. I will need a Excel file that will contain the following things:
**Main Entry Sheet**
01. Driver ID# & Name (and I will need separate sheet in the file where I can enter drivers info...example: {ID#, Last & Fist name, Address, Phone#1, Phone#2, Email, Driver License Number)
02. Customer (another separate sheet with customers info...example: {Customer name, Phone#1, Phone#, Fax#, Email,)
03. Rate charged to the customer ( Rate in USD $$)
04. Driver's rate (USD currency)
05. Loading city and state/providence (want to be able to have all US and Canadian cities under that field)
06. Delivery city and state/providence (want to be able to have all US and Canadian cities under that field)
07. Total loaded miles (I will manually enter total miles)
08. Agreed rate per mile (Manually entered)
09. Additional add-on $ (Manually entered)
10. Total payout (loaded miles x agreed rate + if any additional add-on $$$ )
11. Factor/Billed (want ability to choose either Factor or Billed. If factored it will be at 5%, if billed it will vary per customer (some customers charge % some don't)
12. Company profit (in USD $ {Customer rate - driver cost - factoring cost / - tax payout = COMPANY PROFIT$$$}
13. Average payout tax $$ (USD) (usually it's 25% of the company's profit)
14. Factored/Billed? (Need a option where I can choose if it was factored or billed to the customer)

I have attached a sample file I am using now. I need more options and better interface where I can have our company Logo, Company name, address, phone number, fax number)
Will also need a weekly payroll sheet summary for all the driver's payout (want to be able to print out onto 8 1/2 x 11 inch for each driver's total payout )
Also I want ability to have for each driver YTD summary (year-to-date summary)
