Data Entry on Community Organisations

Hi there, I am starting a youth organisation, OUTLOUD Australia - Connecting Young People. OUTLOUD aims to provide plain English answers, guidance and advice to young people regarding common youth issues, and linking young people to available youth services which they may not know exist. We will offer both an offline and online service; delivery by both physical consultation and online data availability. It will be absolutely free for all people to use and access. We would like to create a search of our database by categorising local organisations, programs and charities by relevance. I am looking for a freelancer who will can do two things: 1) do preliminary research on various community organisations on the Upper North Shore of Sydney and; 2) fill in a spreadsheet with a rating from 0-10 (0 - 10, 0 = Not relevant at all, 10 = most relevant) of how relevant they are to provided categories. In the end result, we would like OUTLOUD Online (the online service) to be a powerful database that delivers relevant information to all of its users using keywords and categories to help narrow down their search options for an answer/solutions. This will allow all users - young people, parents, guardians, schools and local organisations - to access the correct information fluidly without being sent in a circle. We want all users to have a positive experience of navigating a complex network of community and social services. I am happy to negotiate a price for the work you complete.
