Our physical medicine clinic has may moving parts and we are looking to simplify and streamline. One part of our process with our patients is injections. We need a way to track patients and how many injections they have had. We would like one sheet that we can put at least 50 patients on (name), date, and the injections performed. For example, each patient may come in for 10 injections (in many case more or less) : 3 in Left SacroIlliac joint and 3 in Right SI and 4 TPI. This means we have to track this by going into the patient file and counting on each visit. When we have 50 visits per day, this is time consuming. Attached is an example, but needs to be much better and easier to interact with.

I've been handling Excel work in my current job and I understand the need of your project. I checked the sample file you attached and I can create a Macro enabled file where you can select the Type of Injection and Quantity then enter the Patient's name. This will automatically go to a a sheet dedicated to each Injection Type (much like a database for each injection type) which will just store the date it was administered and the name of the patient plus the quantity. Then we can create a summary table for each patient using Pivot tables. Please let me work on this project.
