Coding Economists (Simple but tedious)

I have a list of ~2000 economists in a CSV spreadsheet. For each of the economists, I need an analyst to lookup at which university s/he did his PhD and of what gender s/he is (male/female). I need someone to do this by hand, i.e. google each person, look up the CV and code the information. All the information is available online, and a google search will do. Please be realistic with time: For me, it took ~1 hour to code ~150 economists, so this will take about 14 hours. Example attached.
