Cancer Patient Email Database

We seek an email database of people who are currently suffering from cancer. Ideally this database has the full contact info for each person. In your bid please state your source(s) for your database, what contact info is provided (email address MUST be included), and when this data was gathered. Email database must have minimum 90% real, existing addresses. If database has less than 90% existing addresses then we will require a pro-rated discount of what we pay for the database. For instance, if the database has 75% real, existing addresses then we will require a rebate of 25% off the purchase price.
