Currently for every project in my box I make a new folder under my personal folders list I name it the job number and name the exists in the subject line then I manually add all communications on this project to that folder.
I am looking for a script, a rule or some way to automate this process and not duplicate information so if I have a rule for <don@anywhere> .com that currently moves all email received from <don@[url removed, login to view]> to a folder call don. I don't want to have the email in 2 folders I want it in the correct project folder only.
