Analyze some Data

I have a number of documents that have been converted from .pdf format to word .doc format. The conversion is reasonably accurate however there are differences. I require the word .doc files to be formatted so they exactly match the .pdf documents. I will provide both the .pdf reference files and the .doc converted files. Note that the Contractor may use the .pdf files and create new .doc conversions to work from if they wish, as the deliverable requirements remain the same. There are 4 files to be formatted initially. 3 are specifications and 1 is a contract type document. There are several more files (5-10 documents, to be confirmed) that require the same formatting check that will be provided to the contractor for additional work if the initial 4 are formatted correctly and on time. Time is critical, contractors that can complete this task in the shortest time frame possible will be given preferential consideration. Ideally the contract document (C2) will be returned within 24 hours, with the other 3 documents following in the next 24 hours or sooner. The additional documents will be required by Tues 21st/Wed 22nd February. It is critical that the documents are an exact match. Minor differences will not be accepted .
