Audio transcription

I have two audio files of UK English speech to transcribe... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] They are both around 54 minutes. The second file is slightly clearer than the first. Preferably I would like them transcribed to HMTL text, with each block of speech between pauses as a separate paragraph between opening and closing paragraph tags. I am willing to consider bids for transcription to other text formats however. I don't need 'um', 'er' etc. transcribed. Just the words. Anything that isn't clear replace with *** ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
