Build email database of heavy equipment companies

Hi, I represent an equipment company based in Australia. We're looking to build a mailing list of equipment companies in Asia and North America for the purpose of sending a monthly email of available products. For this, we need someone to build the database of companies involved in heavy equipment/ earthmoving compainies. These ideally will be businesses that trade in bulldozers, wheel loaders, cranes, escavators, etc. The emails should be of Manager / Procurement persons within the companies. This is should be able to be accomplished with a reasonable data scaper. We are looking for a database of around 500 emails. Please use word 'wheel loader' in bid to indicate that you have read and understand the requirements. Please also give an estimate of number of emails you can attain.
