Categorize and fill in medicine data

I have 3 files, An excel sheet, a txt file and a csv file (Can be opened via notepad) The excel file contains all of the information. It has all medicines name. I have most of the names in the text files (About 14000 entries for both txt and csv files). There are about 8500 entries in the excel sheet. I need someone to take each entry from the excel file use the first column (Medicine name) and go into the category file first. Search in it if it already exists. It might be by a different name. So If it is change it to what ever it says in the excel file. If it is not available then add it into the files, search the web for the name of the medicine and find the category and generic name. The generic name can be what you find off the web and the category as well but for category you need to change it according to the existing ones in the file. Same for generic. The files are in the following format: Category , Medicine Name, Company. Medicine Name, Generic Name, Company. Samples: Entry# 3622 from excel sheet. HYDRALAZINE 20MG ZAFA Pharmaceutical 24 1 40 Devices The categories file has it under the Cardiovascular category. Cardiovascular,HYDRALAZINE,ZAFA Pharmaceutical This needs to be changed to: Cardiovascular,HYDRALAZINE 20MG,ZAFA Pharmaceutical The generic file has it as: HYDRALAZINE,Hydralazine ,ZAFA Pharmaceutical This needs to be changed to: HYDRALAZINE,Hydralazine 20MG,ZAFA Pharmaceutical This is a sample, most of them are already correct, or missing only a little infomation. The ones that are not already in the files, those need to be found via web. If category name on the website you searched is different then the ones available, use the most appropriate one from the existing categories.
