Data Entry Clerks, US/CANADA/UK/Europe

We need Data Entry Clerks to perform research, review, and update data targeted for data cleansing and/or preparation and scanning of paper documents into Content Management System. Responsibilities: • The Data Entry Clerk will primarily be responsible for researching information in Content Management System and perform data updates to resolve identified data discrepancies as well as the prepping, scanning, and indexing of paper documents. • This project will justify a data quality initiative for future data migration to a new Pension Administration System as well as the advancement of efforts relating to document imaging. Deliverables: • Data Entry Clerk will be required to submit a daily or weekly performance report detailing action taken for cases assigned. Mandatory Skills: • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous relevant experience • Able to work in a fast paced environment • Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and able to work independently • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Must be comfortable with navigating browser based systems and general PC navigation • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, writing, analytical, problem solving, and information gathering skills • Must be able to type a minimum of 60 WPM Preferred Experience: • Prior manual data cleansing experience • Prior document prepping, scanning, and indexing
