I understand that this job requires a good and fast typist. I have been a chat support associate for almost six months and I average 40-45 words per minute. I understand that in this type of job, speed is not only the thing that needs to be considered but accuracy as well. The experience that I gained from being a chat support agent makes me a good candidate for this job
