Hello there! I'm a native living in Shanghai. I'm also a software engineer. I think I'm capable for your task. As far as I know most of these interior design companies you can find from Baidu don't have their own website. Their scale just limited, can't even afford their cost to maintain a website for themselves. So the requirement of you asked is actually quite harsh.
