The attached spreadsheet needs some drop down menu's created and these will be dependant on certain lists in another page on the overall spreadsheet.
Cell: Products B7
requires a drop down selection from a list created from,
Page: Components A4:57 titled as a list
Now once this drop down lost appears from a previous process of a Data Validation carried out to create the list called: ingredients, then.. in the sheet: Products in [the columns] E7 and downwards, the cost of that ingredient in the dish [reference Components E15] should automatically come up.
So ideally speaking, once the user selects an Ingredient in the Columns of Sheet Products, Row B downwards, being the components of a product, which have been created as drop down selections of a list, from a Data>>Validation>>Settings>>Allow>>List>>Source >>[enter list name] Ingredients..
The cost of that ingredient referenced from the components page should automatically come up once the ingredient has been chosen to add into the components for a product.
What is required is to simply just outline the process to do this, which then we can use that technique to do this to the rest of the fields required in the spreadsheet. You would have to write down the process to do this, in order to complete the job. You do not have to go trough and do the whole sheet.
