Big Data Entry Project for Large Team

Hi, We have a very large Data entry project coming onboard and need a large experienced team of data entry personnel to add hundreds of records into CSV format from formats including, excel, Word, Tiff and PDF. This will be an ongoing project for the succesfull team. The priorities that we need are: 1) Attention to datail, when you will be putting in 400 records per day we need to ensure that there is total attention to detail and that the work is accurate and correct. Mistakes may result in the end of the project. 2) speed of entry, we need to make sure that while the entries are entered correctly that they are then also entered quickly to keep our costs down. 3) availability, our customer wants this work completed within 24 hours of when the files come in, so the team needs to ensure that they are available everyday, and if one person is sick that there is someone else to cover for them. I will be doing a trial project with some bidders and select the winner from there, only bids that answer all of the following will be considered: PLease only bid if you have positive feedback from previous projects. 1) How many people have you on your team? 2) what hours are you available GMT? 3) have you Yahoo, MSN, Google talk or Skype? 4) What speed is your broadband connection, and how many days per month is it down? 5) what is your hourly rate?
