I need a proficient word processor to cut and paste publicly available government statutes from the internet and drop them into an MS Word document. (This is legal since the government statutes are in the public domain.) Then I will need help formatting the document to be reader friendly and creating a good table of contents. I am looking for someone reliable, who cares about creating an excellent work product.
