Create a Code for Excel to Find the Best Partial Match

I have an Excel spreadsheet with a column containing names with typos (misspelled names) and another column containing the correct names. I need a code to insert next to the cell with the misspelled name the correct name pulled from the “Correct Names” Column. For example, if in the “Names with Typos” column have the cell “Michaelsx” and in the “Correct Names” column have the cell “Michael”, I need the column “Best Partial Match”, which is next to the column “Names with Typos”, to be populated with “Michael” right next to the cell “Michaelsx”. If no reasonable partial match can be found the cell next to the misspelled name will be empty. I attached a sample spreadsheet with the work done by me in a visual way. Now I need an intelligent code to do this job automatically so I can use it in another spreadsheets. The format of the other spreadsheets I will use will be the same, with the same columns, but with more data / rows. The column that the code will need to populate is the “Best Partial Match” column. I will only pay when the work is correctly done and tested by me. The code cannot be done in a way that only works in this sample spreadsheet since my end goal is to use in another spreadsheets.
