We are required to fill in travel details for passengers on a website. We need someone that will take over this task for us. You will be given flight details as a normal E-Ticket and it will be your responsibility : 1) be able to read the E-Ticket (as in understand airport codes and how arrival dates work on a ticket) 2) find the relevant people from our excel sheet and determine which group number they belong to. 3) find group number on government website (easy search facility available) then using the e-tickets that have been emailed to you - you will enter the flight details for those passengers. Once you have successfully uploaded the flight details for an x number of passengers - they will be removed from the site. There are at present 1200 records pending but we have chosen full time because the list will continue to grow every week and hence the process is to continue. It will also be your responsability to Email those that have not provided e_tickets and chase them for it. Contact email addresses will be provided.
