Data Entry, Research, & Wordpress Virtual Assistant Needed - For Short-term or Long-term

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with data entry and wordpress tasks. I need somebody who is familiar with Wordpress and someone who can follow instructions well. I also need somebody who can respond quickly to my questions and see me regular updates on their progress. (I understand that you may live on the other side of the world, so you do not have to be available during my work day) The first project that I will have you working on is simple, but time consuming. I sell on eBay and Amazon and I need to go through and find my sales numbers from the past year. You will need to look through my Amazon account at my orders and find the price sold, the actual shipping cost, and the fees, then calculate the total profit. For eBay, I have an email address that has all my orders, so you will need to search the email inbox for the product and then document the sale price, and use a fee calculator to calculate fees. I will give you a list of all items, their purchase cost, and where they were sold. You will then need to go find the sold price, shipping prices, and fees, and calculate the profit or loss of each item. I will have all of this in a Word Document, and will need it all kept in the word document, so I can easily cut and paste onto my website. It will look like this... "Item Name" Paid $20 Sold on eBay for $69.95 + $3.95 Shipping via USPS Media Mail 2lb -$3.92 Fees -$10.35 Profit $59.63 I will send over complete instructions upon accepting your offer. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, an effective and efficient worker, and someone who communicates well. This first project will be an hourly project because I am unsure of the actual time it will take, but my guess is 20+ hours. If you do well on this first part of the project and would like to continue working together, I have much more to do. The next project will be to input this data into my wordpress website, then format the text in the colors and fonts that I will be using. Should be very simple to follow. I have a lot of work to do on a new wordpress website/blog that I am trying to launch in February, so if you are familiar with wordpress that would be very helpful. A couple other skills that would be helpful, but not required are simple graphic design and website design. Please respond with your skill level of each item.
