The aim or goal of the formatting is to color code each row (which is an action) based on completion date in Column H. If actual completion date is before the target completion date, the row should turn Green – this means the action was completed before the due date. If the completion date is after the target or if there is no completion date but the target date has gone by, the row should be Red – this means the action was completed late or is overdue. If the target completion date is less than 7 days away from today’s date, then the row should turn Yellow – this means a warning to people looking at sheet that actions are due shortly.
