I need someone to combine the attached files into one document with fillable forms that I can use with an econtracting solution. Forms 2-5 have fields that I have completed and those will need to be completed in the new document. The documents need to be combined in this order: 1. FIT Employment Agreement - create fields for the 5 open boxes in the signature area on page 2 2. FIT - Iowa City - Federal W-4 3. FIT - Iowa City - Iowa W-4 4. there is only 1 doc and 1 pdf attached. where are rest of the documents? i hope you understand that the pdf needs to be converted to doc and then doc files needs to be combined. usually forms are not converted using tools so thay needs to be manually created which takes time i can start now.
