Create a Jobs Database in MS Access

We are a printing company who needs a order database developing for MS Access 2010. We have been using Lotus Approach for this purpose since 2003 but this is now massively out of date and very limited. The current database has 7100 orders in it which would need to be imported into the new system. The current data can be exported to an Excel Sheet/DBF file or any other format that can be used. The database needs to be able to keep customer details (name, contact, phone, email) in a table and link these to an 'Orders' table. Within each order, there will be one or more items. Each item in an order will detail the product being ordered, the type and weight of paper, the quantity ordered, etc. Some of these fields are simple text entry, some would need a drop down with options (possibly taken from another table). Currently this is all done on a single entry screen, putting data into a single table, so there is no customer management (we have to enter the details every time). We would like relationships creating so that if customer details are changed once, they change every time we can update customer details easily. It would also be useful to have the option of more than one contact name/number/email for a company, that can viewed easily. I've put on a screenshot showing an example entry on the current database, to show the information that would need to be in the new database. This currently limits us to 4 items per order. The new system should be able to handle any number of items on each order. We would need the order form to have an 'Add Item' button which would bring up an additional form to put in the details for the item. It should then be easy to view and search past orders. We don't necessarily need everything designing to look pretty, as we can modify the look of the various forms afterwards if required. We need the functionality setting up and the contents of the existing database importing and setting up correctly. We haven't tried to do something like this before, so i have no idea what to set the budget as. Please quote realistically. We will be able to supply a full brief of everything required before proceeding.
