Hello, I believe I will be able to help you out with this. From my understanding you are looking for a coder to create a desktop program that you can use to view the users on your own website. There are two main ways that this can be accomplished, the first and probably less secure means is that if your site uses a database server such as MySQL or MS SQL you can have the program connect directly to the database, run queries and display results. The second and probably more acceptable way to do this is to build a cloud system where you actually have server side and client side code. The server side code would then connect to the database an get the results, returning them to the client code in a predetermined format (such as say JSON). I will get into more details if you are interested, my bid would include either of these options and I am offering up a Java or C# client. I can offer a C++ program instead but that would immediately increase my bid an extra $200.00. This bid assumes that you only need one user account for the system.
