I need you to bid on developing a software algorithm written in delphi that will take any digital picture and can achieve the same results as other cut-out softwares like [login to view URL]

We need only the algorithm to extract the objects without any bells and whistles. It should produce an output picture in 32 bits per pixel (24bits color + 8bits alpha)
