Create Delphi XE2 or higher PAscal units for a COM wrapper

Very simple: 1 - I'll provide a link to download a windows application named SAP2000 ( version 16 ) 2 - I'll provide a temporary license code 3 - You will install the application on your windows machine 4 - You will have your SAP2000 v16 COM library installed on your computer ( you can check it using VBA for Excel ou any other language that supports COM ) 5 - You will create te PASCAL units to wrap the COM library , using the Delphi wizard or other way. I cannot do it with DELPHI wizard and do not know why...I did it for other versions, but for this one, DELPHI refused to create the units. I need someone expert with COM and windows.
