Add Creative Flair to the writing of my eBook

I have written the first volume of a technical business eBook that I am trying to publish. I am a research scientist and engineer and write technical material well, but I believe I am missing some creative flair and easy readability that will really make this book pop! It is currently just under 22 pages of written content. I need someone who can read this and add some creative flair to my writing as well as suggest ways to make it sound more fun and readable. I am not looking for an official book editor just someone with good writing skills and a creative writing mindset to help finalize this document. Please let me know what kind of experience you have and how much you would charge for this. Fluency in English is absolutely essential.
