Hi, I'm experiences solar PV designer working on projects ranging from 5kW till 1MW. System topologies that I've worked with include: roof mount sloped and flat, ground mount and trackers single & dual axis. Have worked withing the US marked, which is one of the most demanding with the latest code applicable (N.E.C. ed. 2011). Can design the system as per you request, thou will need some feedback on the existing standard (some AUS grid guide). Thank you!

Understand you will have 20KW of solar panels on the roofs of a remote township, and these will be tied together into on solar system, and then you require to export to grid any excess energy via a grid tie inverter system. This should not be to difficult, I have quoted 30 days but should only be a few days but I will have some further questions and need more info from you if I win the project.
