I have a 12v circuit in a truck for my headlights, when my daytime running lights are on it sends a pulsed signal that reads as 5v on my voltmeter. When the headlights come on I am getting a full 12v. It is just two wires a hot and a ground. I want a circuit that will detect when it is reviving the 5v and operate a relay that will turn on some leds for daytime running lamps and when the voltage switches to 12v I want it to operate a second relay as well that will turn on my regular headlights.
