Custom Router Design and Development

Hello, I am looking for someone to design a router for me. All parts have to modular and cold swappable (When device is un powered). The router needs 2 CPUS - as it will run 2 operating systems The one CPU will be build in, the other should be swappable. modules: min 5 Ethernet ports (If the modules are done separately, then this would be a pcb with 10 pins - Ethernet wires and power) adsl module (an adsl router that when plugged in, acts like a normal home router, but all it does is adsl modulation) PCB Design for SPF modules and VDSL modules (VDSL not required but would be a plus) Ram should be a module. and Wireless module Hardware specs, For the 1 built in cpu, an A10 process is overkill but fairly cheap so would work. The main routing processor, I do not know but maybe an A10 could work? 64-128MB ram The OS that will be installed on the router OS is Mikrotik RouterOS. An addition there will be an arduino to interface with the hardware (built onto the main pcb). Please note, what I am thinking about is a router and basically most of the parts (cpu/ram/Ethernet ports/Ethernet switch) all live as plugin modules on the back of the device. So I could swap the cpu to a bigger one if I wanted or change the switch (which is 10/100) to a gigabit or even a 10GB throughput switch (chip). I need the circuit designs, hardware parts (have to be available to the public for prototyping)(Not the actual parts but the models etc that you would need). No physical prototyping would need to be done on your side.
