We need the design of two PCB layouts with all of there components.
- The first one is a tracking module able to send his GPS coordinates through an integrate Radio (VHF) with a range of at least 15 km. The Radio system must be multi-band (customizable at will). The circuit board will be power supply by car's batteries and must include connector for the GPS Antenna and the Radio Antenna.
- The second one is a radio receiver able to receive and decode the APRS packet and pass it through a serial or Ethernet (best if Ethernet) port in an NMEA sequence. The circuit board will be powered by common 220 V.
Trackuino ([url removed, login to view]) and Habduino could be a starting point ([url removed, login to view]) but does not comply with range, multi-band, power supply specifications.
