I am trying to following this arduino project guide, however I am not knowledgeable of electronics: [login to view URL] My wireless transmitter looks different. I attached an image. What parts do I modify to match the project guide? I also do not have an arduino prototyping shield. How do build the circuit using a breadboard? I am looking to hire someone to help guide me through this.

Hi, This is easy and I can help you with this. Referring to the pictures it looks to me that you've opened up the receiver part and not the transmitter. Receiver part is the one which rings. Transmitter part should have some sort of push button. Could you pls. send picture of other part as well? I mean pls, send picture of complete wireless bell including transmitter and receiver. I would also require power specification of transmitter; I mean how does it is powered, how many and what type of batteries? This is important as we need to connect it with arduino so they have to be compatible. Breadboard is no problem, we can easily work with it. I will show you all connections. Which arduino board you are using, Uno? Also, pls. let me know which photoresistor and transistor you're using. Look forward to see. Best Regards, Polestar

You dont need arduino actualy and can do sabj without it. Also you dont need to break down your bell. Needed part of it is a distance button module, your future cheme will "push" this button. I can show you in photos how to assemble this on breadbord using small 8 pin mcu attiny13. I ll provide you with code and teach how to program. OR I CAN DO THIS WITHOUT ANY MCU. With just several simpliest components - phototransistor, transistor, couple of resistors + your radio bell.
