Arduino Project - Software + hardware

I need Arduino project – both hardware and software. I need a person to create project in Arduino UNO providing this specs: The main goal is to detect state of sensor (flex sensor or stress sensor) like this: [login to view URL] and save data to database (MySQL) on the internet via wifi (wifi wit EU standards). It should incorporate some kind of battery (ideally AA or AAA). If it needs some kind of shield – you can use it if it’s available in Europe. The idea it should work: 1. It should allow configuring state of initial bent. At the beginning flex sensor has no bend, but after installing it, it will somehow be bent. The value of this bent should be stored as “ON” position. 2. It should allow connecting to wifi network. 3. After initial configuration it should change state in a database everytime it changes. Data stored in database: A – Location (let’s say the same everytime, let’s put there “EUROPE”), B – State (ON/OFF), C – Date and time, D – Battery voltage Please – post your offers only if you have experience in Arduino.
