Create Arduino code for sending/receiving async half-duplex serial

This project requires creating Arduino-compatible software for sending and receiving data according to a published standard. The data is sent half-duplex over one wire, using async serial. A copy of the full standard will be provided to the freelancer who completes the project. The technical details are available in the attached document. At a minimum, the freelancer must implement: (in compliance with attached standard) - Sending a byte of data - Receiving a byte of data - Sending a 'Key Signature'
