DIY Fertigation

Hello. This is a very small budget project. Ideally less than $20, I believe it is a simple project, so should not take much time at all. I want someone to design a DIY fertigation kits which can be made from parts at your local hardware store, it only needs to be the design, and i will build it with the parts and CAD drawing and set it up myself. I have put a few links of system examples, but ours should basically be or have the following features: One way values, so water cannot flow backwards, variable flow rates, microdosing up to 9ml / 1L flow (approx) Ability to somehow run into other lines. So for example if i have one mail line, i can run lots of little lines into other zones. LOW COST :) I thought with this system, i may have it function one of two ways. Either one way is one on each zone so that if i have 4 zones, then i have 4 units (or one unit between zone / timer controller and water supply. The other way is that i have one unit, and it feeds into the end of the irrigation Also one way value on the end piece as well, so there is no back flow and after the Fertigation unit water cannot flow back either.
