Customize/Apply Magento Template to existing store

Looking for a Magento Template, like the one on [url removed, login to view] . They will be customized with a VERTICAL menu along the left side of the template, and our logo and colors.

This is for ONE Template to be created/designed and installed on my existing Magento Installation. After this project I have 5 more sites to have the template applied to, which is outside the scope of this project.

(No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
