I think that i can help you about design and workshop drawings of frames for bicycle, but I don't understend what you mean when you sead R2V? I design in Autodesk Inventor, but I can output workshop drawings in dwg or dxf, or... If you are interested, I can send you some of my works, and you can see my CAD quality... If you can send me some dimensions, and more pictures i am sure it will be done very quickly!!!

I could have done it much faster in 3D modeling with dims. If interested let me know. Price given is for two working days & I need dimensons of pipe, some more dimensions to draw it. Else I can do it with standard available sizes also with 20$ more.
