I want to build a machine that can perforate a sheet of 7.5inch x 7.5inch into 900 squares of 1/4inch x 1/4inch each ! See pictures. My paper weight is 270.4g/m2 I want this machine to be electric with 120V outlet. Or I need a supplier or manufacturer who can build it for me.
