Design for a washing and rinsing conveyor for degreasing of pots and pans.

I AM MECHANICAL ENGINEER WITH FIRST CLASS. I AM PROFESSIONAL USER OF SOLIDWORKS, 2D DRAFTING, 3D MODELLING , SIMULATION , MOTION , ANIMATION PHOTOWORKS RENDERING . I AM USING THIS CAD SOFTWARE FROM PAST 10 YEARS. I HAVE DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED MORE THAN 100 PRODUCTS IN THIS HEAVY MACHINERY INDUSTRIES AND CREATED CATALOUGUE AND TRAINING MANUALS OF IT.

Hi, Its an interesting projects. Can we discuss? You didn't had to hire yet before you satisfied. I just wished to have an discussion. Ok, but first you have to tell dimensions of your product in maximum. Open bath spray washing or closed bath? concept will be product after deep bath will come by conveyor, my proposal use to roller and belt conveyor .Depends of your product weight if it will be feasible. for full washing 2 or 3 spray nozzles can be used.(1 top, 2 bottom in angular position) each will be in 120 degree angular position with each other. Like this a general concept can be. Or may be you have some other ideas. Please share. I will wait your response. Thanks and regards Biplob Biswas
