Digital picture frames product research & review

I am looking for a unique digital picture frame, something small, something cheap that has little to no on board memory and is attached via USB. What I need it to do which a lot of digital picture frames do not do is for it to show the image in the folder and when the user replaces that image on the device the screen is updated. Most digital picture frames only reset and read the image when the device is turned on thus to get an refreshed image you must reset the device. I'm looking to find a device and then software that can automatically push images from software onto the device -- whether it is your email unread count, the stock market, the weather, etc, etc. you could see this one day turning into a external usb google gadget. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
