assistant for an event in Lisbon

We are looking for a person who lives in Lisbon (or surroundings)to help us from 28 Sept to 1 Oct 2015 to run several parallel meetings at a hotel in Lisbon, Portugal; We will have 120 people from the in 3 -4 different meetings. We will be 3 people to run the meeting and would need an additional one to help out. This involves looking after the attendees: giving them their badges when they arrive, help them to orient themselves in the hotel/city of Lisbon etc., checking that the set-up in the rooms corresponds to the requests, responding to all ad-hoc requests of the participants. We will also have some social activities: dinners and boat trip to Lisbon and might also need some help with this.
