I have created this form ("survey") through Microsoft Excel for our employees to fill out each day: [login to view URL] The benefit of this excel form is that it can be hosted on my office 365 account and accessed via the internet as you see. Once the form is filled out, the data is deposited onto an excel sheet within my office 365 account (you can see the excel sheet attached in the files). However, I don't know how to manipulate the data now. I would think potentially using pivot tables may help search/sort/filter the data, but I don't know how to create pivot tables. If you believe the same work can be accomplished using Access, then I am open to trying Access as well. We need to be able to search/sort/filter this data once it is deposited onto the excel sheet, and the form needs to be accessible via the internet as it is currently. Please tell me how you believe this should be done, and what your cost for doing the work will be. Thank you!

This can be achieved using Pivot Tables. Other thing you can do is by adding a button to sort the data which can be achieved by using Macro functionality. There are many other ways to achieve. Office 365 is based upon the SharePoint Technology which interacts with Excel/Access and Infopath forms. We can do lot of data manipulation based upon the data submitted via form to the database. It will be better to have have more details discussed like what is the final output/ summary data you want to see out of these forms. Excel and Access both are doable as data can be easily exchanged between these. I didn't see link for the file that you mentioned as attached. Send me the sample data that you collect from this form and the final output you want to see so I can provide you exact solution.
