Build a system that allows country marketing managers to submit their marketing expenses through a form (on tab1), store the data and enable the creation of report tabs. The following information is added through the form: • Country • Expense category (see tab 1 in the attached spreadsheet) • Line of business (see tab 1 in the attached spreadsheet) • The amount in USD • An item description (100 character max) When expenses are added by the marketing managers through the form, a project code needs to be created and displayed so that the marketing managers can take this code to the finance team. The project codes follow a certain logic (see tab 1 in the attached spreadsheet) and marketing managers can either choose from a list of expenses/project codes they have created in the past or create a new code. The system should then create different types of reports in tabs: 1. A spreadsheet with the expenses by month for the lines-of-business on individual tabs (see tabs 2 – 4 in the attached spreadsheet). 2. Individual country reports (see examples in tabs 5-7 in the attached spreadsheet) Here’s how the form should work: Q1: choose country (find list of countries on tab 1) Q2: choose to enter a spend for an existing project code or to enter a new spend >> If users chose to enter for an existing project code we need to show them a list of the codes that have previously been created for them. They can then select one and only need to add the dollar amount and get the option to adjust the description. >>If they choose new spend: Q3: choose category (column 8 on tab 1, ideally we show the category descriptions as well) Q4: choose LOB (see tab 1) Q5: Enter value in USD Q6: Enter item description (100 character max) Then submit and the system automatically generates and displays the 10 digit project code. We need the ability to adjust and password protect the reference tab and the LOB reporting tabs. This project should be finalized by 26 August.

Hi: I have reviewed your requirements and have a few questions: 1) What does the project code represent? Do they represent a particular instance of expense. For instance: A event in May and Apr can have codes K17-AUH8001 and K17-AUH8002 respectively. Please confirm. If this is the case then we are assuming that there will be maximum of 99 events in year. 2) How will your country managers access this sheet? will it be placed on a shared drive or each person will have an individual sheet? 3) I am assuming that you would want to use this sheet for years so you would also need an option to clear and add more data. Please note that over 90% of my completed projects are related to Excel and Macro. Moreover, I have 100% completion rate and 5-star feedback on projects. Good afternoon, I can really help you in this project, I've done similar forms using Macros in a very user-friendly way. As would be my second one, I wolud charge the minimum fee and give extra hours to the project. Now I have free time, as I'm living in Nepal for some months (doing Excel Courses for free). I can do it within 3 days from today, as I have time now. My experience for the last 5 years was managing a beauty company (family business) with more than 1000 references (ref and colour) and 14 stores in 3 countries. I created excel automated tools (with Macros) to control the stock as per the demand of each item and automated order proposals to the suppliers, data analysis with Pivot Tables and many other files, always with the business prism.
